Structure:
This equipment is mainly composed by run-in table, preheating chamber, shot blasting cleaning chamber, transition table, spray chamber, drying chamber, run-out table, dust removal system, and electrical control system.
Working principle:
The equipment is steel pretreatment production line with high efficiency and continuous operation. The steel material goes through roll table and enters into shot blasting cleaning chamber after preheating. Several high efficiency impeller heads with different coordinate directions make strong and intensive hit and friction by utilizing shot; make the oxide coating, rust spot and dirt on its surface to fell off quickly so as to realize cleaning and reinforcement of steel surface. During the blasting process, the falling shot dust mixture is gathered underneath the elevator through chamber funnel and horizontal and longitudinal screw conveyer; then lifted to the separator over the machine for shot and dust separation. The shot after separation falls into the chute of separator. It is delivered to each impeller head through spot delivery pipeline for recycling. The dust that is created during the work is delivered to dust removal system by exhaust tube. The clean air after purification is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust removal equipment captures and collects granular dust. The steel material after shot blasting is delivered to cleaning chamber. The cleaning rolling brush cleans remaining spot on the surface. Then, it adopts high pressure blower for blowing at all directions. The work piece surface is cleaned completely under the cleanness standard for spraying. Deliver the work piece after cleaning to spraying chamber. It sets two sets of spraying machines up and down in the spraying chamber for spraying the work piece. During the spraying process, it could adjust and control the thickness of paint film by adjusting operation speed of roll table and size of spraying mouth, selecting working mode. Deliver the steel material after surface spraying to the drying chamber for drying treatment. The drying chamber uses the method of combustion heating or electrical heating. The work piece after the drying treatment of drying chamber will enter into discharge end of transfer table, and finally complete the pretreatment of steel material.
