The sandblasting room is divided into two ways：

（1）Mechanical recycling type sand (shot) blasting chamber       

Mechanical recycling type sand (shot) blasting chamber is made by complete steel structure building. The abrasive is recycled mechanically. It is equipped with ventilation and dust removal system, manual labor protection device and lighting device, etc. It is applicable for any abrasive sand blasting operation.

Working principle: this production line is mainly composed of flat car delivery system, shot peening chamber, shot circulation system, dust removal system, and electric control system. The work piece is lifted by crane and delivered to flat car. The flat car delivers it to the inside of sand blasting chamber. Then, close the door to start dust removal process. The sand blasting equipment starts the treatment of sand blasting. After the completion of treatment, it turns off sand blasting and dust removal system, and delivers the work piece out of the sand blasting chamber for next process.

（2）Environmental protection honeycomb sand(shot)blasting chamber

This equipment is designed by our company independently with the combination of international advanced technology. It mainly has four advantages as below:

It adopts advanced shot suction floor technology without pit. It could save a large amount of capital expenditure. It has the features of convenient operation, little maintenance, high visibility to observe the processing situation of the work piece, and good working environment.

It is equipped with unique abrasive classifier to remove crushed shot with the size <0.1mm among the recycled shots so as to keep stable cleaning efficiency during the shot peening process.

It is equipped with advanced aerodynamic filter type dust removal unit. It has the features of small volume, long service life, convenient maintenance, and high dust removal efficiency of 99.9%. It reaches the national emission standard of environmental protection.
