Roller through type shot blasting cleaning equipment is able to work continuously. It removes oxide skin, cleans and pre-treats various steel materials, such as steel plate, rolled steel, steel beam, structural steel, steel tube and steel casting by a kind of continuous through type way. During the cleaning process, speed adjustable transfer table delivers steel structure or steel material to the shot blasting area in the cleaning chamber. All surfaces are subjected to strong and intensive hit and friction of shots from different coordinate directions in order to remove the oxide skin, rust layer and dirt on it rapidly. Then, the surface of steel material obtains clean surface with certain roughness. The work piece is loaded and discharged on the inlet and outlet table at two sides of cleaning chamber. The shot and rust dust which fall on the steel material is blew away by blowing device. The purified shot after separation can be recycled for shot blasting. The dust that is created during shot blasting cleaning is delivered to dust removal system by exhaust tube. The clean air after purification is discharged into the atmosphere.
