Pulse tube-filter duster
It sets air intake, filter cylinder, air outlet, air pocket, pulse controller, spraying and blowing valve, spraying and blowing pipe in the pulse tube-filter duster. The filter cylinder is made by folding and rolling of polyester fiber. Its lower end is sealed. The center of its upper end is at the lower opening of spraying and blowing pipe. After the air with dust enters into duster from the air intake, the airflow velocity is decreased. The coarse particle is separated from the airflow and fell into the chamber of dust collection; while the fine dust is impeded on the external surface of filter cylinder when it passes filter cylinder along with airflow, and the clean air is discharged by the air outlet. When there is thick dust on the surface of filter cylinder, pulse controller gives the orders to open spraying and blowing valve. The compressed air in the air pocket is sprayed at high speed through spraying and blowing pipe; in the meantime, it guides ambient air which is several times larger than spraying air volume to enter into filter cylinder and ejects the air from inside to outside quickly so as to blow the dust on the surface of filter cylinder into the dust collection chamber and discharge it by the dust funnel. The dust cleaning of duster uses pulse spraying method. It does not only clean dust thoroughly, but also protect the filter cylinder from damage. It ensures the service life of filter cylinder. The dust cleaning process is controlled by pulse controller automatically. It can adopt pressure difference control or time control.
